Hirschbach takes care of its company employee drivers both on the road and off by offering a full range of competitive benefits to cover you and your family. These benefits include, but are not limited to:
We offer our Company Employee Drivers a first class benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision plans. The benefits package starts on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Plan rates vary depending on the options you choose. Available options include wellness incentives and coverage for you as well as any additional family members. We also provide each Company Employee Driver with a free $10,000 life insurance policy and Voluntary Life and AD&D, short term disability, long term disability, accident, and critical illness
After your first year driving for Hirschbach as a company employee driver, vacation pay and a company matching 401K Retirement Plan are also available. Company Employee Drivers get one week of vacation after one year, two weeks after three years, and three weeks after ten years with us.
Sign-on & Stay Incentive
Our drivers get a $30,000 Sign-on & Stay Incentive! Receive a $5,000 payout on your 1 year anniversary, $10,000 on your 2 year anniversary and $15,000 on your 3 year anniversary.
