DUBUQUE, Iowa — On May 29, Hirschbach announced a significant driver pay increase as part of its ongoing commitment to investing in the professional drivers who are the foundation of the company's success.
The increase represents a substantial investment in Hirschbach's workforce and reinforces the company's long-term strategy of attracting, retaining, and rewarding the industry's best drivers.
Under the announced plan, OTR Company and OTR Lease drivers will receive a total $0.10 per mile increase over the coming months.
In addition to the OTR increases, compensation adjustments will also be implemented across Hirschbach's regional, local, and dedicated operations.
